Hearing that makes a lot of people stop. The idea that you can do a few things different in your life for 30 days and you will look like an underwear model is very attractive. The idea that you have to consistently make good decisions in regard to food and movement and sleep every single day is terrifying. But the fact is, every habit you have is the result of making micro decisions every day over the course of years.
